Ability to deposit the rental income of different houses we manage into different accounts
Hello Everyone,
Making payments to different bank accounts for the different houses we manage is important for growing our business.
About ten house owners are in talks with me to manage their house in Bodrum, but I try to explain that I cannot manage them from my own account because the money to be invested cannot be allocated to them.
I think Airbnb can take this issue into consideration and update it.
What do you think about on this issue?

Glad to see you were minimally affected by the earthquake. I’m sorry for those that were affected more severely.
Here is the Airbnb page that explains how to split your payouts:

First of all, I hope that you have not been impacted by the terrible earthquakes recently occurring in your country.
I do have 2 separate properties in which the payout goes into 2 separate banks. The only problem is that they can only put the accommodations taxes into the “primary” account, which in my case is the first connected account. This makes the taxes all combined together into one account, which is a bit inconvenient.
Still, I don’t understand why you can’t keep track of each property’s revenue separately. Airbnb itself has a transaction record that shows property name, amount, etc. Additionally, you can use spreadsheets to keep track of each property, broken down into each guest, and the payout, taxes, host fees, etc. broken out for each.
Am I misunderstanding the problem?

Hi @Pat271 ,
I was one of the lucky ones, but I can't say the same for my country 😞
It's great that you're thinking about it and asking, thank you.
Could you please tell me how you can separate property based bank accounts? Or I can see if there is a guide for this.
You did not misunderstand the problem; I have no home of my own; For hosts, I manage the recordings on digital platforms, professional shoots and the entire process of the guest until they reach the house.
And plus too many homeowners want me to manage their home; At the financial stage, I want the money to be deposited in the homeowner's account.
As you said; In the tables, it seems that which house has provided how much income.
Thank you.
