Advanced calendar management?

New to hosting and just setting up my calendar. Seems a couple relatively (from a developer's perspective) simple features would be very helpful here!

  1. Multiple selections. E.g. "all weekends in month", "all weekend in range", or the ability to shift+click to select a range, then ctrl+click, ctrl+shift+click to select the second range, and so on. Just like it works in normal "select" lists, file browsers, etc. Then you can apply pricing to all selected ranges.
  2. Same as above but "select all week days", and ability to un-select using ctrl/shift/etc.
  3. Apply percentage-based pricing. E.g. for a given range, set it to be 20% above the base rate (option to round to 0 or 5 would be great). This would allow you to easily set rates for off-season vs. in-season date ranges, without having to select every week / week-end and apply it individually.
  4. Ability to set a range of dates (without year) as high/low season, and set the rates (or rate percentages as above). This would allow your calendar to automatically "be close" as future dates open up. E.g. you could mark November through February as "high season" and set the price to default to 150% of the base/weekend rate. This would auto-apply to future calendar dates.
  5. Ability to create custom promotions. E.g. automatically reduce rates if there are unsold dates within the next X days from now (try to fill up the calendar).
  6. Same as above but set a custom discount for a selected range of dates (as a promotion).

If you use the multi-calender with comes with professional tools, a lot of options are already there, especially when it comes to pricing in certain time periods. (using rule sets)

"professional tools" meaning 3rd party?
