Account holder not present at check-in

Hello everyone,

I am fairly new on the platform,  I had a  same day booking  and  the account holder requesting we let someone else in the unit without her being there. She told  me that her flight was delayed, I offered to storage  any luggage  and granting access to all facilities on site  but no access to the unit until reservation holder is there in person. Reservation holder has no rating and has been on Airbnb for 5 years. Would you have done the same or differently? TIA

@Oasis-Of-Sosua0 we were always relaxed about such things. If you have a remote check in there is no way of knowing who is there so its not worth stressing about.
