My listings were suspended for a week due to an incident that had previously been investigated and resolved. Unfortunately, my account has now been suspended again for the same incident. It's been a week, and I still haven’t received any response from Airbnb. I’ve reached out multiple times every day through calls, messages, and emails.
I was assured that someone would contact me within 24 hours, which has not happened. This situation is extremely frustrating. When speaking with customer service, I was informed that my case has been escalated to a specialist, and there’s nothing further they can do on their end. They also ended the message thread, leaving me with no way to respond.
I was told the specialist, Mufasa, would reach out via email soon. I replied to the original email detailing my situation and have sent numerous follow-ups, but there’s still been no response. I need assistance urgently; I can't keep the house in limbo for much longer. I either need my listings reinstated or I will be forced to put the house up for rent. Your help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
