Adding my Reservation

Hello,

I reserved an apartment on AirBnB but I was not logged in at the time.  

I have an email with my reservation details, but I cannot figure out how to 

add this trip to my AirBnB account.

Normally you only book on Airbnb using your own account.

Hi @Vicki721,

As far as I know, you can only make a reservation on Airbnb when you are logged into and verified on your account. What you are describing sounds a bit different from the usual booking process.

However, since you do have the booking details in your email, I would recommend contacting the Airbnb support team directly. They should be able to check the reservation in their system and help you link it to your account or guide you on the next steps.
