Advice on 30 day bookings in Palm Springs

Hi there,

I am a fairly new host in the Palm Springs area. It took a bit to get bookings but I finally did in November and have good solid booking up until May.  I was hoping to get some advise on 30 day bookings for the summer and winter. How do you go about getting bookings? I would really appreciate some advice. Thank you!

Summertime ….due to the heat, may be a challenge…have you considered targeting .locals who need STR due to job change, construction delays, etc…

Wintertime has a huge influx of Canadian renters… have you considered exposure to this market?
