AirBnB is becoming an unfair platform.

We (as Guest) stayed 2 nights at an AirBnB-Host property.

The host listed the property with 'Free Parking at the premises' which was totally untrue; rather it is outside the property - on the Public Road.

 

So, I mentioned that issue on my review; but given the feedack other Excellent services.

 

In retaliation - the host utterly lied in his review that the property was left unclean and bins were not emptied.

"respectful but forgot to empty the garbage!and to make the studio clean". (I have full video at the checkout of the fully clean Studio).

 

I asked him to remove the untrue part of the review; but in exchange he asked me to remove my review about not haveing Free Parking in the premises.

 

I subitted reqest to AirBnB for removal of untrue part of the revivew by the host. Even after submitting the request twice - the AirBnB did not do the justice to me - absolutely Unfair!

 

Highly disgraceful!!!

@Capt-Md-Faizur0 There is no way that the host retaliated to your review as the system doesn't allow it. All reviews are blind until published. Trying to circumvent the review system by offering to trade review deletions is against the rules as it would totally undermine the process.

Just move on and empty the garbage next time.

Hi, We are not from that local area/that country. How do we know where to empty / throw those bin-liners/bags? There was no facility to dump any bagged-gargae. That's why wastage/tissues were kept inside the bins within the bin-liners (already bagged, so thatthe cleaner/host can dispose to their designated place). This is a standard procedure. We did not spill anything anywhere, nothing was outside the bins provided. We placed all the wastage, tissues etc in the linings provided within the designated bins (bagged). We did not damage their property! We left the property 99% clean.

 

Yet, if any host lies - unnecessary - there must be system in place to rectify it (wrong feedbacks; e.g in eBay, Amazon, AliExpress, Booking.com etc). Thanks
