AirBnB’s AI support is falsely accusing hosts of things we did not do!!!

More than a few times, I have gotten stern messages from AirBNB Support stating that I violated their policies, and if I do it again I will be removed from the platform. However, these warnings appear have been falsely triggered by their extremely flawed AI system. And when I contest their accusations, I am only met with more automated responses, not actual humans who will go in and read the messages or examine the situation. Then, as icing on the cake, when I call the “Superhost 800#” Al” I get are off-shore completely powerless ** customer service agents in ** who I can barely understand, and who just keep telling me someone will look 8n to it and get back to me. Then at 3 AM On the US West Coast, they either close the ticket or send me note apps and give me a very short window to respond, and if I don’t, even though in my time zone this is the middle of the night, they close the ticket before it’s actually resolved. 

This is incredibly infuriating! 

We Superhosts make a TON of money for AirBNB, and we should be your most respected and cared for group of people. Yet you treat us like total crap, accuse of things, and make us deal with people whose English and accents are so difficult to understand p, we spend 3x the time dealing with. 

Please fix this!!!!!
