I would create an Airbnb account just for the purposes of communicating with Airbnb about all the issues. Read the article below posted by @Emiel1 and then contact Airbnb after you have created your account.
I would record the noise on your phone and take video and photos as proof of the issues. Provide those to Airbnb when you make your complaint. If you use the word "party" in your complaint, that usually gets Airbnb's attention. Of course, only do that if there is actually a party happening. I would also find the listing on Airbnb that is causing the problem and report it using the flag icon. You'll see it on the listing page:
