Airbnb France Regulations - Host Cancellations Same Day

Hello, I booked an apartment for one-month in Paris. The host cancelled same-day leaving me unexpectedly stranded. It's my understanding in France it's illegal to cause some to become unhoused. Not a single person called me or tried to help me on the day of the cancellation from either Airbnb or the Agency Hosting the apartment. Any advice?

@Tyler764 I doubt the unhoused laws apply to short term rentals. Has Airbnb refunded your money and did YOU call them on the day of cancellation to invoke their Aircover offering?
