Airbnb Moderation after 72 hours after submitting request for partial refund as accommodation was not adequate

We submitted a request for partial refund after the accommodation provided by a host was unsatisfactory. It is more than 72 hours since submitting and we have heard nothing from the host. On the website it says after 72 hours I can ask Airbnb to moderate but I can see no option, icon or tab available to do this. I tried to submit another request for partial refund but it says I have already submitted one request. How do I take this to Airbnb to moderate or find out the status of my request.
