Today I began receiving AirBnb cancellation notices to ALL my upcoming reservations. I immediately called Airbnb and all they could tell me is that their "Trust Department" would be contacting by email only. I received the following email about 10 hours later that barely gave any info except that I have been engaging in "bait-and-switch" activity. I'm not sure who, what, where, why, when they are talking about and there's no one to speak to. They cancelled tens of thousands in bookings during high season without a word. Airbnb - this was absolutely terrible! HELP! Who can I speak to????
