My account was suspended for 30 days. I had three reservations booked that month totalling over four thousand dollars and Airbnb canceled all of them. my neighbor called Airbnb to lie saying that my guest came on his property trespassing and did something that made him feel uncomfortable and unsafe. when it was just the opposite. The neighbour came onto my property harassing me and my guest about parking and noise when there were no problems with my guest parking or making noise. he has trespassed onto my property several times harassing my guest. He mostly targets my ** guests. Airbnb would not tell me what the guest did to the neighbour based on his accusations. There was no police report or security video produced. my guest indicated that they never stepped foot on his property. Airbnb indicated that I broke the community policy by having a party. This was not a party. I allowed my guest to invite several family members over for a welcome event separate from Airbnb through my LLC on that same day.
