Airbnb does not pay for damages!

Just FYI! Airbnb does not pay for damages! They claim they do, a security deposit is supposed to be held for damages but this is false! They do not pay damage claims! The guest can deny the claim and you are out whatever damages are owed. Thanks a lot Airbnb!

@Mindy104  same happened to me last weekend. Guest also set up mail fraud scheme and have been scamming the government for hundreds of thousands of dollars using our address! Even with police reports, video evidence and before and after pictures Airbnb won’t pay. It’s beyond ridiculous and a really big problem that happening to hundreds of super host.
