Airbnb managers

Hi I’m struggling to ensure we have enough bookings at the moment ( it is a quiet period ) we get big gaps and then rapid 2 day change overs which is labour intensive for me or clean - I’m thinking of moving to a manager and cleaner that can keep it full any thoughts Airbnb is in qld and Australia any thoughts on your experience with Airbnb managers do they get a bigger rerun for more cost does it put more pressure on the house
