I am reaching out because, despite strictly applying all the recommendations and options mentioned in your guide to increase visibility, I have not received any reservations or requests at all.

This is extremely concerning and unprofessional for me, especially considering your position as a leading company in this field. I expect a clear and detailed explanation of how your algorithm works, and why my listing has not generated any results.

I kindly request a transparent and precise response as soon as possible.

This is a community forum, we don't work for Airbnb, but we can help check your listing for you.

There are 2 listings on your profile. which listing are you worried about? I assume the one that looks like it's been added more recently, but it has one review (so it must have received at least one enquiry?). Or is there another listing that you're co-hosting? The older listing has 118 reviews.

It comes up in the middle of page 3 for me in private mode, 4 guests, 15 to 17 September. I searched for Marrakech as a whole (I did not specify historic quarter), so that's quite a good position.

The prices for 4 guests seem to fluctuate quite a bit, with many listings on page 1 that are significantly cheaper and significantly more expensive.

If you decide that you want to move higher, check the rank and reduce the price a little until you rank where you're happy (or where you don't want to go lower).

Keep in mind that part of the problem with people finding your place on Airbnb, is the fact that there are so many dates booked (I assume on other sites or directly). This means it only comes up in searches that match the exact available dates and the 2-night minimum.

Not familiar with Morocco

If I just search Morocco basically you get buried by the beach villas.  Just the tourist normal it looks for that area.

If I search Tahannaout you are number one. 

I think you are just dealing with a location issue and a new listing.

Some ideas

Airbnb New Listing Discount really helps.

Change your cover photo the backyard and pool is glorious make that the first image.

Airbnb Guidebooks Create some guests love but so do external generic search engines which read Airbnb.  A touristy spot near you but also just the beauty of your villa and area in Morocco.  Sprinkle Keywords along with villa acomodaste 6.  Airbnb lets you create 6 Guidebooks you know your market.

Create an Airbnb Private Link That allows you to just copy the link and paste on a vacation page or group page, your beautiful picture and title appear and people click and it comes to your page.
