Hi everyone, we desperately need help since Airbnb support is not responding, neither by messaging nor by phone. All our nights are booked without anyone having done reservations (except for those bookings done up to Friday last 22/11/24). We are losing all our business and this is very worrying. Has anyone faced such situation before?
Moreover, we faced another situation on Friday and we do not know if this is linked to the problem described above: one guest had to cancell here reservation at the last minutes, following which Airbnb sent us a message to ask if we accept to refund or not. But the link sent by Airbnb does not work !
We are wondering if Airbnb is still in operation or if it is down...
Anyone's kind assistance would be much appreciated.
I checked both of your listings' calendars and they do seem blocked. What happens when you manually try to unblock the nights that should be available?
I wonder if it's an issue with your short term rental license.
Airbnb is operational now at least; I'm able to search other listings in Bambous Virieux, Mauritius without any issues.

I'm sorry to hear something wasn't quite right with your listing recently!
I wanted to check in and see how you were getting on. Did you get a chance to review Zheng and Shelley's advice? Or did you find a solution with the help of customer support in the end?
