Hello people

I just denied a reservation and i feel a bit upset. These kind guest wanted to book my house 60 sqm with two dogs golden and boxer 3 and 5 years

I have a westie, an australien shepherd and 2 cats with 8 hens. Close.

Seemed problematic to welcome more ...already had 800 euro damages with big dog...how Say no kindly ? Just wonder, please tell me
