Bad experience as a guest

I stayed at one property in Long Beach from 11/8/2024-11/14/2024, checked in was simple and super easy, but as soon as I walked in to my room, My feet are black that full with dust and the floor never clean for days. When I jumped in to a shower, there is no hot water so me and my family ended up shower with cold water for our entire stay. I gave 3 stars and added few comment : We had good time but we end up shower with cold water everyday due to water heater did not work. The floor was bad bad, and seems like they did not mop the floor for days. Dust on the dining table, kitchen. They charged for the cleaning fee, but the house did not clean as we expected. Bathroom upstairs did not work properly and we got locked up few times. They replaced a new water heater on the day we checked out. So few days later, the host contact me to remove my review and they will give me some refund. I did not want to remove my review and host contacted Airbnb support center to remove my review and stated my review did not follow their rule. this is not right, I did not say anything against the rule. I said based on the fact.

Really feel bad with Airbnb and will not going to rent any house with them again since i only allow to add good review not bad and negative review.

I tried to click through to the place where you stayed in November, but it looks like the host did not review you. I wanted to check, because usually a guest's review of a listing will not be removed unless it goes against Airbnb's review policy. Have you gone to the listing's page and confirmed for yourself that your review was actually removed? If so, was there perhaps something in the review that could have been against Airbnb's policy?

@Shelley159 Yes, Airbnb removed my review because i only rate 3 out of 5. They said my review against the rule which i dont know what rule they refer to? Here is my review:

the floor super bad, just walked in and go straight to my room, my feet full of dirt and I still have picture too.
