Baggage left

My recent gust left her bags and she said she would pick them up last night but didn’t show up. I tried reaching out to her but no luck. What do I do with the bags?

I would message the guest on Airbnb and her mobile again and say if she doesn't collect within 48 hours you will dispose of them. @Ashenafi0  (Check local laws around this where you are) 

I don't let guests leave luggage post check out in case they don't come back on time or there is another problèm.
