Disappointed because my daughter uses her income from her Airbnb to help refugees through a social enterprise. Sadly Airbnb took money from her house which I manage. I sold my house in Crete and had to cancel ONE guest six months ahead !!! I was asked for proof of sale. I sent a lawyers document and the Notary Office official sale document… But no this was not good enough for Airbnb who

said they needed the address!!! Which in Greece is a post office one…. I wrote after countless attempts with so called ambassadors to the CEO and never had a reply. So in my view Airbnb stole that money.
