These instructions no longer work. That is, there is no longer an option to block the guest from future bookings of your property.
Support is not helpful. All they want to do is have a phone call with the host. Support does not seem to have any influence with product managers to get the software changed.
Can you block a guest that hasn't booked with you? I have a friend who has an Airbnb in my same city and a guest trashed her place. She is going to report him to Airbnb but I want to make sure he can't ever Instant Book on my account. Does anyone know? Also, for a previous guest, when you tell Airbnb that you wouldn't rent to a guest again, does that block them from booking your place again or do you have to do something else to block them?
