Did you send a message to the host or to customer service? Hosts should answer quickly to any message sent to them by a guest with a confirmed reservation but is there by any chance a time zone to take into account? Have you tried calling your host? The telephone number will show under your reservation number.
You've posted on a forum for guests and hosts and we always try and help out in the best way we can so if there is a question, feel free to ask but it may be only a question that your host can answer.
