Booking are available online but guest not able to book

Am Haseeb host from Airbnb uae 🇦🇪, last 5 days my experience is not able to book by guests . It’s not allowing them to book .

Hi Paula,

Thank you for your continuous support. 

Still We have an issue with our experiences starting from 7th of August 2023 our guest are not able to book the experiences , at the last payment button it showing the error Experience is not available right now and there was a problem booking this experience-please contact Airbnb support.Please see attached

The support is very slow, we are waiting since August 7. My page visibility is going down everyday due to no booking and no reviews. 
We have build this account from last 2 years with 883 reviews 4.94 rating and has 12 experiences. 

Kindly escalate my issue and support
