Booking discounted ferry tickets for guests

Hi to everybody 

I am on the Isle of Wight. Ferry tickets are expensive to travel here. We have access to discounted ferry fares.  I have to pay for them at the time of booking. Previously when I did Airbnb in 2017/18 I seem to remember that until quite close to the time of booking the software would not show my mobile number etc.

Basically how might I implement getting the payment,

They have access to your phone number once they book @Margaret258 

You can raise a request through the platform for money for the tickets .
