I had a guest drop hot grease all over my kitchen floor and my patio. I had to replace the concrete and the wood floor. Airbnb did pay out for the damages however I have a reservation coming up tomorrow and they will not cover the income loss due to the house being under construction. The person who handled the Airbnb support ticket hung up and ghosted. Nobody’s responding and won’t let me open a new ticket. The booking is tomorrow. I feel bad for my guest.
