Booking not showing on my calendar

I have just received a message from a returning guest saying she's booked to stay again: but I can't see anything on my calendar or in my messages. I've contacted Super Host support but not yet heard back so am trying here in case I can get a quicker response as the guest is waiting. 

 

Any help appreciated.

Message the guest back and let them know you can't see the booking @Karen4516

Can you now see the booking, or have you heard back from the Support teams? 

 

As Helen suggested, you could also message the guest directly as perhaps something went wrong on their end and the booking did not go through fully. 🙂
