Hi all, I am wondering if anyone can reccomend how to set up my booking for if a guest wants to use the second room of my 2 bedroom apartment. Currently I have a standard price for two people (this assumes they will both use just the master bedroom), and a third person is extra because I assume a third person would use the second room. However, even with just two people staying, the second person may use the second room. Does anyone else have this dilema that they have managed to resolve? 🙂
Hello @Steve4921
You just need to create a second listing for that other bedroom Steve and you could put the link to the other bedroom on each listing telling guests that there is another bedroom option too.
Just make sure guests are fully aware of the potential for shared spaces by ticking those shared spaces on each listing
Thanks for answering. I didnt really want to create a second listing because selling as one entity. Maybe I should just up my overall price. I did select if 3 guests they pay extra so maybe I just accept ill win some and loose some. I think most people that come in pair's are usually couples anyway. 🙂
Hello @Steve4921
I went onto your listing to understand better your set up and see that this second bedroom has 1 single bed and no window! How big is this second bedroom? Are you able to legally call this a bedroom per your country's STR regulations?
I have quite a few guests that book our two bedroom properties for two people using two bedrooms @Steve4921
If they are booking a whole property they can use the bedrooms however they want.
I charge more for additional guests after one.
