The first problem is not booking numbers but improving the standards and ratings, because some of the listings might soon be deleted for low ratings (an average of 4.5 stars or less might result in a listing removal).
Improve standards and ratings, and this will appeal to prospective guests.
Better photos will appeal to prospective guests - for example, a toilet looks much better in photos with the lid down, not up, and daylight is better than artificial light.
The listing written descriptions are not appealing, with the few I looked at. Just bare facts, minimal charm. Add some charm, and go easy on the capslock.
If you want to widen your appeal, then I would suggest adding safety features such as smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms if there are gas appliances at the listing.
