Boosting Listing Presence

Been on the hosting activity for 10 months now and I'm not getting as many bookings compared to the competitor hosting services. Been active in managing the listing but still has minimum reach.

Any recommendations from the Community?

@Mark5757 Whilst no one knows for sure how the Airbnb search ranking works I have always been convinced that is is success based. As such if you take bookings elsewhere (as you appear to have successfully done) then you will appear lower in Airbnb searches and will take fewer bookings from them. This is why the initial listing period is so important where hosts are given a boost in their search ranking to get them started.

Just need to make the listing fresh and market it more on other platforms to get more reach.
