Business going low

Hello Everyone

is it just my listing or is everyones business going low? I was told that since its Christmas time there are very few people travelling, but if thats not the case with you all, then i guess i have to enhance my listing

What market research did you carry out around supply and demand when setting up your STR business? @Ansh259 this will tell you how busy you are likely to be.

Looking at your listing it looks like cleanliness is an issue for guests who have stayed-  which is leading to lower ratings . 

you also only have very basic information about your listing which will put guests off. 

finally you haven't completed a host profile or uploaded a photo of yourself.

if you continue to get low ratings Airbnb may suspend your listing so worth you addressing the issues causing them.

@Ansh259 we always made a loss in January due to higher costs and low numbers of bookings/revenue. It gets better as the days get longer!
