Hi there community. Im new here. I just open my first Luxury Penthouse Airbnb in Mexico. I had my first 2 guests to leave a 5 star review. Someone reserved for a weekend in 3 weeks. Cancelation policy states that they have 24 hours for full refund, after that there is no refund. Im afraid he would leave a bad review if I dont give him a full refund. What should I do. I offer 50% refund if the dates rebook again. Any advice? Thanks
