Can not get a phone verification code

Greetings!

Airbnb wants to confirm it's me and is giving me options to send a 4-digit code to my mobile number or a call, unfortunately code is not being sent to me. I've tried to choose a call, but the app blocked me for 1 hour from adding phone numbers due to multiple tries. Can you please help me?

It's probably best to contact Airbnb directly by phone to resolve this. This would be the quickest way to resolve it.
