Cancel booking

We may need to cancel someone who booked yesterday  are there any host ramifications?  We have a excellent rating and do not want to ruin it

Yes! there are many host ramifications when we cancel a guests reservation so if you can, try and find a solution as this is big no-no for Airbnb and this will have an impact on your host status!

What happens:

1. Your calendar is blocked for all the dates cancelled by the host anyway
2. You are fined - different fines apply and the amount is deducted from a next stay
3. There is a warning sign under your reviews warning future guests that you have cancelled a booking
4. A host cancellation can put your Super Host status on pause as we are only allowed a 1% cancellation rate
5. Drop in search results
