Cancel booking

Hi

We are trying to cancel our reservation but the cancellation button is greyed out and we can’t cancel 

we are well within the time , 4 November 

please assist

I would call customer service for your country to see why you can't cancel Russell.  You've landed on the community forum so as much as I would like to help out, as a host,  I don't work for Airbnb and can only advise😉
