I had a booking for 1 night (26 December 2024) for 4 adults, and I was feeling unsure about the guest as they had no reviews. I tried to contact the guest on multiple occasions, but they did not respond. I messaged the guest that if they do not respond I will need to cancel, which I had to do.
Unfortunately, I selected the wrong option/reason and got charged a cancellation fee - fair enough. BUT, I also got charged cancellation fees for 2 historic bookings in 2022!! Clearly something is wrong with their system...
I do not know how to get hold of AirBnB or how to submit a dispute. Resolution Centre is of no use, because you can only request or send money related to a particular guest. This is an AirBnB issue, and was just wondering if anyone knows how to resolve this with AirBnB?
