Hi could so.eone ease tell me how I cancelled my guests stay please.  The faq are not clear.

There are several ways to do this:

1. in the message system locate "cancel reaervation" on the booking.

2. Goto homepage ("today") , select "all reservations", then cancel desired reservation

Cancel desired reservation.

It depends on why you want to cancel? Are your circumstances covered by Airbnb's host extenuating circumstances policy @Kim5186 

by the way why do you have a duplicate listing on your profile you will put yourself at risk of having double bookings.
