Cannot Submit Review
I am trying to submit my review for the trip. However, I got

When I click on the Submit button.

Hi @Emilie, @Joan2709, and eveyone,
I want to update that my review has been successfully published today.
I think the app version may have helped (though I’m not 100% sure). Hopefully, this bug on both desktop and app will be resolved soon.
In the meantime, if anyone encounters the same issue, you might try using the app version—the error message there seems to have been a false alarm in my case.

Could you please let us know where you are trying to leave a review from, as Joan mentioned?
I'd also really appreciate it if you could try the following troubleshooting steps, as they sometimes work wonders:
✨ Log out (on all affected devices/browsers)
✨ Close all browser windows/tabs (on all affected devices/browsers)
✨ Open ONE new window (on all affected devices/browsers)
✨ Clear cache and cookies and browser history (on all affected devices/browsers)
✨ Delete & re-install app (if applicable)
✨ Then try to log in with your email address

Hi Emilie,
I am having the same issue and have done all of the following steps - just tried on both desktop and iOS Apple iPhone application.
The same error message pops up on the last window of my review submission,

I got the error in the Desktop version. I also tried the App version. It said, "Something went wrong with your request. Please try again later." after clicking on the Submit button.
I just deleted and reinstalled the app and still got the same error.
Now I am not sure if I successfully submitted my review or not.

Getting the same error - no special characters, nothing left null. Tried FF and Chrome, this looks like a backend problem.

@Emilie this issue is not resolved. I have the same problem. I am on Google Chrome and I don't have the app. I am not going to install 3 different browsers nor install the app. Please fix this soon so I can leave a review for my host

@Emilie is one of the moderators of the forum, and can only forward issues to Airbnb to be resolved.
You can contact Airbnb CS directly and report the issue you are having with submitting reviews on the desktop using Google Chrome, since you don't want to install the App on your phone:
- Go to Find Past Trips
- Scroll to Bottom
- Contact Airbnb Support
Alternatively, if you are approaching the Review deadline, you could install the App on your phone, post your review, then delete the App on your phone.
