I would like to know, how hosts manage their bookings on different OATs. Which manager channels would you recommend, I know this is subject to every guest house as we all have different offerings and services that we offer to our guests, however, which one seems to be offering more support the host and has best heled each to manage booking across different platforms.
To manage bookings across different OTAs, I recommend using a Channel Manager like Siteminder or Cloudbeds. These tools sync your calendar, rates, and availability across platforms to prevent double bookings. Cloudbeds also includes a property management system (PMS) for more comprehensive management. These solutions are user-friendly, offer strong support, and help streamline your operations across multiple OTAs.
I use iGMS as my channel manager. I'm a relatively new host, 6 months in now, but I've really enjoyed the platform so far. It does a great job of managing multiple channels as well as syncing other tools such as dynamic pricing, smart locks, and cleaner scheduling. The AI tools they've added have proven useful as well and seem to be getting better and better as time goes on. So far, their customer service has been very helpful when I've encountered any issues or needed assistance in using the platform.
