Charged more than listed price & refunded less than what I paid

I was charged 447.84SGD, which is 12.20SGD more than the supposed listing price of 435.64SGD. I cancelled the listing within the free cancellation period which was up to Aug 19. The amount refunded to me was 423.44SGD, which is 12.20SGD lesser than the listing price and 24.40SGD lesser than the amount charged. Why is this happening?

Was the listing in another country with a different currency? It could be charges related to currency conversion.

I called my bank to check as adviced by the airbnb staff, it was the fee charged by my local bank on card transactions made to overseas companies.
