I want to ask other hosts: What’s the best way to make sure guests check out on time? Any tips or strategies that have worked well for you?

We send our guests a reminder of the check-out instructions through the Airbnb messaging app the day before departure, followed by another reminder on the morning of check-out. This helps ensure that guests have enough time to review the instructions and makes the check-out process smoother for everyone. It also keeps all communication properly documented on the Airbnb platform.
