Cheerful 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Queens

From January 2025 to  till todate I didn’t get any reservations. Please let me know what could be the cause.

Very cute apartment.

You changed from renting a 2 bedroom apartment to one room in your shared apartment  Honestly since a major difference and the apartment had a poor overall rating, I would start a New Listing.  List the Home Sta.

Designate a room don't make it optional that creates headaches.

Cleaning is a previous complaint.  Get a handle on that any mention of a cockroach is a major problem

Shower Water Issues just sound like different type of fixtures and confused.

Home Stay is good because the first few guests you can educate and from that experience write directions on use.

Thanks, but it’s a 2 bedroom apartment with a living room with sofa bed where 2 bedroom available for the guest.
