Is this a place where we can complain about Airbnb policies? The fact that Airbnb favors guests over hosts is terribly disturbing. As an example when a guest breaks a house rule which has a momentary fee associated with it, Airbnb does not, and will not collect the payment from the guest.

@Kathy1618 absolutely this is a place you can complain about Airbnb policies. Equally I can assure you that no one t Airbnb will take the slightest notice of your complaint.

I agree with you Mike or Jane!  I just thought perhaps since they do not listen using any other method that perhaps this would be an option that maybe, just maybe, someone on their management team might take a look at it. Thanks for the confirmation.

Pet fee for an unapproved pet. I also have an excess person fee...if you go over the maximum number of guest the home allows, I charge a per person per day fee and Airbnb NEVER pays for it. I view this as Airbnb allowing parties at your rental.
