Concur booking request

Hi Friends,

We are new hosts (since August of 22) and we just had a guest want to use Concur to book for 3 months. She works for a large grocery store chain and the company only uses this to to book through. I spoke to AirBNB and can’t seem to find a person to speak to from Concur. It sounds like your listing needs to be listed in this site. Any of you have any advice or counsel?

@Lisa7426   The guest can book under their own profile and request reimbursement from their company.  

I looked up Concur -- it seems to be a travel/expense tracker for businesses to simplify accounting for their employees.  I don't see how an AirBnB would be an "eligible" accommodation.
