Hello,
First timer here - please go easy on me if I'm in the wrong place!
My cousins and I invented a lawn/beach game called PuckleBoard (a mix between shuffleboard & cornhole) and we typically bring the game with us when renting properties for family reunions, vacations, and other gatherings with friends.
Anyhow, we recently asked ourselves whether or not airbnb hosts/hostesses would be interested in having our game for their renters to enjoy during their stay. We think the answer is yes, (especially for properties near sporting event venues for tailgating or beaches) but wanted to check the temperature here first.
The last thing we want to do is come off as "spammy," for example, we thought searching for listings with "tailgating" or "lawn games" would be a great place to start, but then what? Request a booking and message the host about our game? ... of course not!
Perhaps the idea isn't feasible .... we're just a couple of cousins who invented a toss game trying to connect with property owners (if it makes sense) who also enjoy games and happen to be looking for a new activity to offer their guests.
Any and all advice for how to identify and/or get in touch with hosts in the proper manner is greatly appreciated!
Kind Regards,
Josh
