I do not meet with guests. My first experience with Airbnb was in New Orleans. And the host was in our business way too much. We could not sit out in the garden without her coming out. I like my privacy. I host accordingly. I make sure you have everything you need. I am available when needed and don’t live far in case of an emergency.
