My recent due payment for my cancellation  ** has been emailed to me to suggest that it will be $83 dollars. My fee for one night is £525 pounds, 25% of this is £131.25 approximately $164 dollars. Can you please advise how the value has been worked out thankyou

It isn't 25% of the reservation value, @Christine2591, but 25% of what you'd have received as per the applied cancellation policy. So if the cancelation was made seven days before check in, you'd get 25% of the 50% normally payable. Got it?
