I see a lot of conversation about taking care of the “Host” or putting the “employees” first. What about the guest? Did everyone forget about us? I saw something that said “ a Airbnb our #1 concern is the safety of our guests. Well let me tell you, I’ve 50 hours on the phone trying to address a safety issue. Airbnb’s #1 concern is policy and income. I bet I’ve spoke to a dozen Support Ambassadors and Sr. Case Managers and it’s been by FAR the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had!!! And in truth it started as such a simple thing. Airbnb disgusts me and I’m going to shout it so loud the whole world will hear it!!!!!
