Hello, so I had a difficult guest who from start till the end wanted free early check in, free late check out, free this and that. I couldn't accommodate it as we had back to back bookings. They only stayed for 1 day and the same day they said they were robbed but never said what was robbed and refused us from contacting the police etc. They just wanted a full refund for their stay. Our security guard and everybody responded immediately. They refused our help but just wanted a free stay. Now they posted a different version on tiktok naming names and defaming the story like we did nothing to help. What can I do about this?

I contacted Airbnb, first agent tried to close the case with just a paragraph of "since everything is fine now, we wish you a good day". The same agent later when I said it is not solved, didn't even read my message so I sent again, he just became rude and said stop sending me copy paste messages again and again. I think he had a bad day so took it out on me too. Lol. It has been crazy. So I asked for another agent, still waiting. 😅
Stay away from beggars wanting things for free, that is a start. Secondly, if he wants a refund, let him take his silly story to Airbnb. About your reputation on TikTok, no clue, since I didn't know such sites where other than for kids following weird social influencers.
Hello! So I forgot to mention, his case was taken to airbnb, they agreed just like us that the pieces do not add up and that something was wrong with his story and that all he wanted was a free stay. That was solved but it hurt his ego so he went on tiktok instead. But the thing is, he named names on his tik tok and shared in groups to make it viral. Defaming the account, the villa, the staff and management company and there is a bit of bad publicity as he said don't book villas in Bali with Bali people etc. I contacted Airbnb, first agent tried to close the case with just a paragraph of "since everything is fine now, we wish you a good day".
