Dirty Home

We checked into a home in Niagara Falls- * at 12:00 in the evening. The place hadn't been cleaned. There was a dirty coffee pot in the kitchen, the backyard smelled like garbage, there was hair in the bathrooms and the towels were stained. I called the owner Danielle and told her we were checking out in the AM. The bathroom was moldy, the ceiling was stained and moldy in the bedrooms. There was only one door going in an out of the house. 

I called Airbnb the next morning, I documented with pictures the issues and I rebooked into a different listing.

The owner told me to cancel the reservation and Airbnb would refund my money. I waited 3 weeks after contacting the resolution center and never heard.

I disputed it with my credit card.

Airbnb refused to give me back my money and the credit card refuted the charge. Airbnb wouldn't work with me after I disputed it. 

My credit card told me to work with Airbnb

Airbnb now offered me 10%  credit off my  $1,120 payment, and they credited me $16.

Any suggestions?

How can an owner get my money when they are offering such a dirty home?
